Allot Lines would like to inform our clients, artists, labels and partners of our operating schedule for Vietnam National Day 2026.
Our holiday period will run from August 29 through September 2, 2026. Normal business operations will resume on Thursday, September 3, 2026.
During the holiday, the Allot Lines platform will remain available for release uploads, catalogue management, analytics and other self-service functions. However, manual operations including release quality control, support tickets, rights and compliance reviews, catalogue updates and certain delivery-related requests may experience longer processing times.
Users with releases scheduled close to the holiday period are encouraged to submit them in advance so our team has sufficient time to complete quality control and delivery processing.
