Your agreement. Your percentages. A clearer record.
Record each collaborator’s role and share in one breakdown. A total of 100% gives the team a complete allocation to review.
Choose the content covered by a split instead of relying on separate messages for every track, release or production partnership.
Review amounts owed, record direct payments and use payout history to follow the financial side of the collaboration.
Pick the scope that matches your agreement. Search the catalogue by title or ISRC, then set an effective date and the available term for the arrangement.
Apply a split to a single track. Useful when one recording has its own collaborator lineup or revenue arrangement.
Apply one agreement to every track in a release. Useful when the same team and percentages cover the whole project.
Build an agreement around a selection of recordings. Multi-track scope requires at least two tracks.
The catalogue also identifies recordings that already have a split, helping you review existing arrangements before creating another.

In the workflow shown in Center, split shares are calculated on each payout. The owner pays each collaborator their agreed share and records the payment on Allot Lines. Creating a split is not, by itself, a bank transfer to your partners.
Review collaborator balances and the settlement history associated with payments you need to make.
Use the recipient view to keep track of amounts owed to you across your split arrangements.
Inspect participant rows, split and batch references, statuses, shares, amounts and dates. Use the available filters to narrow the view.
Settlement views include CSV export where available. An empty earnings view means no earnings data is available there yet; an active or signed split is not a promise of revenue.
Review agreements, covered recordings, allocation percentages and participant statuses in one place.
Find the people involved in your splits and review the collaborator information shown in your account.
Invite a collaborator by email, with an optional name. The invitation flow gives them a link to create an Allot Lines account.
Access Templates from the Royalty Splits menu. Keep agreement setup and later payment follow-up organised within the same workspace.
