DONG NAI, VIETNAM — September 18, 2026 — Allot Lines Company Limited has introduced ACRCloud copyright matching within its music distribution platform, giving artists and labels direct access to audio matching results through the track-level Checks tab.
The integration brings audio recognition into the release review workflow. Before tracks are delivered to stores, audio is screened against a database of commercial recordings. Users can view the available results in their dashboard, while the Allot Lines team manages the checks as part of its review process.
For artists and labels, the update provides more context when a recording needs further attention. Instead of seeing only a release status, users can inspect the recording information associated with a returned match and provide relevant documentation when clarification is required.
Clearer information for artists and labels
Where a match is available, the Checks tab can display the matched recording’s title, artist, album, label, ISRC, release date and similarity score. Listening links may also be available, helping users identify the recording behind a result. A check timestamp shows when the screening took place.
This visibility is particularly useful when a track has already been released or is being transferred from another distributor. An audio match may relate to the user’s own recording. The result gives the review team and rights holder a starting point for checking the submission’s context.
Audio matching supports the review process
A returned match does not automatically establish infringement. Similarly, “No match found” means that the check did not return a match; it does not confirm ownership or provide rights clearance.
Allot Lines uses these results to support submission review. Users remain responsible for providing accurate metadata and holding the necessary rights to distribute their recordings. Where clarification is needed, relevant ownership or licensing documents can help the team assess the case.
Now available in the Allot Lines dashboard
ACRCloud copyright matching results can be accessed through Catalogue → Tracks → open a track → Checks. Screening is managed automatically before store delivery, so users do not need to initiate a separate scan.
To request a review of a result, contact [email protected] with the track title, ISRC or release UPC, and relevant supporting documentation.
