  • “Người dùng” là cá nhân hoặc tổ chức sử dụng dịch vụ của Allot Lines.
    “User” refers to any individual or organization using Allot Lines’ services.
  • “Dịch vụ” là toàn bộ hệ thống dịch vụ của Allot Lines, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: phân phối nhạc số, bảo vệ bản quyền, cấp mã nhạc, phát hành, hỗ trợ nghệ sĩ, cấp sync license, v.v.
    “Services” include all offerings by Allot Lines, including but not limited to: digital distribution, copyright protection, music code generation, publishing, artist support, sync licensing, and more.

3. Quyền và nghĩa vụ của người dùng

3. User Rights and Obligations

  • Người dùng phải đảm bảo rằng mọi nội dung âm nhạc được cung cấp cho Allot Lines đều không vi phạm bản quyền, và người dùng có đầy đủ quyền pháp lý để phân phối, khai thác và cấp phép cho nội dung đó.
    Users must ensure that all music content submitted to Allot Lines does not infringe on any copyright and that they have full legal rights to distribute, exploit, and license the content.
  • Người dùng chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý hoàn toàn nếu xảy ra tranh chấp liên quan đến quyền sở hữu trí tuệ.
    Users bear full legal responsibility in the event of intellectual property disputes.
  • Người dùng có quyền yêu cầu hỗ trợ, báo cáo lỗi, và yêu cầu ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ bất kỳ lúc nào.
    Users may request support, report issues, and terminate service at any time.

4. Allot Lines’ Rights and Obligations

  • Allot Lines có quyền từ chối các nội dung vi phạm pháp luật, đạo đức hoặc có dấu hiệu gian lận.
    Allot Lines reserves the right to reject any content that violates laws, ethics, or shows signs of fraud.
  • Chúng tôi cam kết cung cấp dịch vụ bảo mật, minh bạch và hỗ trợ người dùng trong khả năng tối đa.
    We commit to delivering secure, transparent services and supporting users to the best of our ability.
  • Allot Lines có thể sửa đổi điều khoản dịch vụ mà không cần thông báo trước. Người dùng nên kiểm tra định kỳ.
    Allot Lines may update the terms of service without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.

5. Thanh toán và phí dịch vụ

5. Payments and Service Fees

  • Một số dịch vụ tại Allot Lines là miễn phí, trong khi một số khác có tính phí (như đăng ký OAC, v.v).
    Some services offered by Allot Lines are free, while others may involve fees (e.g. OAC etc.).
  • Mọi khoản thanh toán đều phải được thực hiện đúng hạn theo bảng giá công khai hoặc thỏa thuận hợp đồng.
    All payments must be made on time according to the published pricing or contractual agreement.

6. Quy định về bản quyền và nội dung

6. Copyright and Content Policy

  • Người dùng giữ quyền sở hữu nội dung của mình, nhưng đồng ý cấp cho Allot Lines quyền không độc quyền để phân phối và sử dụng nội dung theo hợp đồng.
    Users retain ownership of their content but grant Allot Lines a non-exclusive license to distribute and use the content as per agreement.
  • Allot Lines sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm với bất kỳ hành vi vi phạm bản quyền nào từ phía người dùng.
    Allot Lines shall not be held liable for any copyright violations committed by users.

7. Bảo mật và quyền riêng tư

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Chúng tôi tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân. Mọi thông tin thu thập được sẽ chỉ dùng cho mục đích vận hành dịch vụ.
    We comply with all personal data protection regulations. All collected information is used solely for service operation.

8. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Allot Lines không chịu trách nhiệm với mọi thiệt hại trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng dịch vụ, bao gồm tổn thất doanh thu, dữ liệu hoặc danh tiếng.
    Allot Lines is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from service use, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation.

9. Luật áp dụng và giải quyết tranh chấp

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Các điều khoản này được điều chỉnh theo pháp luật Việt Nam.
    These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
  • Mọi tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết thông qua thương lượng. Nếu không thành công, tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.
    Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to a competent court in Vietnam.
