Introduction

Chính sách này áp dụng cho tất cả người dùng sử dụng dịch vụ Content ID của Allot Lines, bao gồm YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, TikTok và SoundCloud.
This policy applies to all users of Allot Lines’ Content ID services, including YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, TikTok, and SoundCloud.

Mục tiêu của chính sách là giúp người dùng bảo vệ bản quyền, ngăn ngừa sử dụng trái phép và tăng doanh thu từ các nền tảng số một cách hợp pháp.
The purpose of this policy is to help users protect copyrights, prevent unauthorized usage, and increase revenue legally across digital platforms.

Registration Requirement

Tất cả người dùng phải đăng ký và được Allot Lines chấp thuận trước khi sử dụng bất kỳ công cụ Content ID nào.
All users must register and be approved by Allot Lines before using any Content ID tools.

Điều kiện đủ điều kiện
Eligibility Requirements

Chỉ các bản ghi âm gốc, không có tranh chấp bản quyền và không chứa sample, loop, beat thương mại, hoặc nội dung do AI tạo ra mới đủ điều kiện sử dụng.
Only original sound recordings with no copyright disputes and no commercial samples, loops, beats, or AI-generated content are eligible.

Người gửi phải sở hữu 100% quyền bản ghi và/hoặc quyền tác giả.
The uploader must fully own 100% of the master and/or publishing rights.

Metadata phải chính xác, đầy đủ và đồng nhất trên tất cả nền tảng phân phối.
Metadata must be accurate, complete, and consistent across all distribution platforms.

Allot Lines có quyền từ chối bất kỳ nội dung nào không đáp ứng yêu cầu pháp lý, kỹ thuật hoặc đạo đức.
Allot Lines reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet legal, technical, or ethical standards.

Quy trình hoạt động
How It Works

Sau khi được phê duyệt, bản ghi sẽ được hệ thống quét và đối chiếu với nội dung trên các nền tảng số.
Once approved, the track will be scanned and matched against content on supported platforms.

Nếu phát hiện nội dung trùng khớp, hệ thống sẽ tự động xác nhận quyền sở hữu và tạo doanh thu cho chủ sở hữu hợp pháp.
When matches are found, ownership will be asserted and monetization will be enabled for the rightful owner.

Nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm người dùng
User Obligations and Responsibilities

Người dùng phải đảm bảo nội dung gửi lên là hợp pháp và thuộc quyền sở hữu của chính mình.
Users must ensure submitted content is legal and owned by themselves.

Không được gửi nội dung giả mạo, sử dụng trái phép, hoặc claim sai nội dung không sở hữu.
Do not upload fraudulent, unauthorized, or falsely claimed content.

Phải cập nhật thông tin sở hữu khi có thay đổi.
Ownership information must be updated upon changes.

Phải tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật quốc tế và chính sách của nền tảng như YouTube, Meta, SoundCloud và TikTok.
Users must comply with international laws and platform-specific policies including YouTube, Meta, SoundCloud, and TikTok.

Hành vi bị cấm và xử lý vi phạm
Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement

Các hành vi bị nghiêm cấm bao gồm:
Prohibited actions include:

  • Gửi nội dung không có quyền sử dụng.
    Submitting content without ownership rights.
  • Claim sai bản ghi của người khác để nhận doanh thu.
    Making false claims on others’ recordings for revenue.
  • Sử dụng hệ thống để báo cáo sai hoặc quấy rối người khác.
    Using the system to file false reports or harass others.

Allot Lines có quyền thực hiện các biện pháp sau:
Allot Lines reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Gỡ bỏ nội dung khỏi hệ thống Content ID.
    Removal of content from the Content ID system.
  • Tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập vào dịch vụ.
    Suspension or termination of service access.
  • Chấm dứt tài khoản vĩnh viễn nếu phát hiện hành vi vi phạm có chủ đích.
    Permanent account termination if intentional violations are detected.

Policy Updates

Chính sách này có thể được điều chỉnh nhằm tuân thủ luật pháp và quy định nền tảng. Allot Lines sẽ thông báo công khai nếu có thay đổi quan trọng.
This policy may be modified to comply with laws and platform rules. Allot Lines will publicly notify users of any major changes.
